A few standouts include Tuna Kakuni in ginger soy, which dissolves as it touches your tongue, and the six-day aged O-toro with black truffles, which marries smokey flavour with the freshness of the fish. But, at the back of this buzzing establishment, we found what we came for: an immaculate mint- green Omakase sushi bar, complete with glass displays of moss and traditional Japanese crockery.
